Professor James Raymer participated in the 3rd ILO-KOSTAT Workshop on International Labour Migration Statistics in Asia and the Pacific held in Daejeon, South Korea from 25 to 26 September 2017. He gave a seminar on ‘problems of inconsistent migration data and methods to overcome them.’ The workshop represented national statistical offices from across Asia and the Pacific, including Armenia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, Fiji, Georgia, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Samoa, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan.
